3.1 Cooling‑off (no questions asked)
If you are a paying subscriber (Basic plan), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or renewal.
3.2 After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are case‑by‑case and generally not provided except for the exceptions below.
3.3 Exceptions (eligible refunds)
- Accidental duplicate charge (same account, same period)
- Confirmed fraudulent charge (with evidence)
- Other exceptional cases at our discretion (e.g., documented inability to access the Service for reasons within our control).
3.4 What is not covered
General dissatisfaction after significant use, issues outside our control (e.g., third‑party or ISP outages, cloud provider incidents), or misuse of the Service.
3.5 How to request a refund
Email billing@supcat.store from your account email within the applicable window. Include your store handle, plan, invoice ID, and reason. We usually respond within 5–7 business days. If payment was by card through our gateway, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
3.6 Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback, your account will remain active during investigation unless we detect abuse. We will cooperate with the payment processor to resolve the dispute.
