SuperCatalog — Terms of Service

1.1 What we are

SuperCatalog is a catalog-as-a-service platform that lets sellers create public product catalogs and share contact links (e.g., WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook) to receive orders off‑platform. SuperCatalog does not process or settle end-customer payments for sellers or provide a checkout/cart at this time. Our paid service is subscriptions for sellers to use the platform features.

1.2 Accounts & eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperCatalog. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have a parent/guardian's consent. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
  • Anyone may create an account; the Service is not limited to businesses.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • We may decline, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

1.3 Plans, pricing, and auto‑renewal

  • Available plan today: Basic — USD $5/month or $50/year, auto‑renewing until canceled. (Free/Pro tiers may be introduced later.)
  • When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the paid term. After expiry, there is a 14‑day grace period; after that, we may restrict access. We may delete account/store data after ~3 months post‑expiry unless the law requires longer retention.
  • Taxes are extra where applicable. We may change prices with prior notice for future terms.

1.4 Acceptable use & prohibited content

You agree not to use SuperCatalog for illegal activity or to post content that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene/NSFW, promotes violence, infringes IP, is spam, or relates to regulated/unsafe goods (e.g., weapons, counterfeit goods, certain medical/health claims). We reserve the right to remove such content manually and to suspend repeat offenders.

1.5 Platform nature; sellers' responsibilities

  • Sellers are solely responsible for their content, products, claims, pricing, and compliance with law (consumer, tax, labeling, advertising, IP, and privacy).
  • Because there is no on‑platform checkout, any transactions occur outside SuperCatalog (e.g., via messaging or in person). We are not a party to such transactions and do not provide buyer protections, escrow, shipping, logistics, or dispute resolution for them.

1.6 Service features & limits

We apply reasonable technical limits and protections (e.g., rate limiting, IP blocking/bans, file size limits, weekly image cleanup, and security monitoring) to keep the platform stable. We also compress/store media for performance. Exact thresholds may change over time to prevent abuse.

1.7 Intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to host, cache, reproduce, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including via our subprocessors).
  • SuperCatalog retains all rights to its software, brand, and materials. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our IP.

1.8 Modifications

We may add/change features or tiers. Material changes to these Terms will be announced with 30 days' notice where required.

1.9 Service level & support

The Service is provided as‑is with a soft availability target of 99% monthly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Planned maintenance or third‑party outages may affect availability.

1.10 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability/fitness/non‑infringement). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to SuperCatalog in the 3 months preceding the claim.

1.11 Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Nablus, Palestine for any dispute, except where another law gives you a non‑waivable right to sue elsewhere.
